What is your Minimum Order Quantity for project materials?
For hospitality and multi-unit residential projects the standard MOQ is typically 10 guestrooms or 1 full 20ft container, mixable with lighting, flooring and sanitaryware from our Foshan hub. For bespoke luxury villas we handle single-unit whole-house packages.
Can we specify our own designer fabrics or local brand hardware (COM / DOM)?
Yes. We regularly accept Customer's Own Material shipped directly to our Foshan warehouse, or procure specified European brands such as Blum, Hafele, Kvadrat and Maharam through our authorised direct channels in China.
How do you handle spare parts and site adjustments?
Every shipment includes an extra +3% buffer of critical hardware, touch-up lacquer pens, extra veneer rolls and detailed 3D exploded-view assembly drawings in English. On large projects we can dispatch bilingual installation supervisors.
