NEXA produces living room sofas, dining suites, hotel contract furniture, outdoor loungers and custom upholstery alongside engineered millwork pieces: architectural presidential boardroom tables, executive credenzas and luxury reception counters with seamless sintered stone surfaces.
Upholstery is specified for contract durability - high Martindale 50,000+ rubs with water-repellent treatment, or ultra-fiber synthetic leather that resists scratching and UV - and frames use the same E0 CARB-P2 birch plywood and solid FAS oak or walnut as our built-in joinery.

Custom furniture FAQ
What is the MOQ for hotel FF&E packages?
Typically 10 guestrooms or one full 20ft container, mixable with lighting, flooring and sanitaryware. For a bespoke luxury villa we handle the whole-house package as a single unit.
Can we send our own fabrics for upholstery?
Yes. We accept Customer's Own Material shipped to our Foshan warehouse and will confirm Martindale rub count and fire rating before cutting.
How is the furniture checked before shipping?
Complete sets are trial-assembled in our Foshan testing studio, inspected for gaps, glide, wiring and load capacity, and signed off with 4K video before crating.
