Zero tolerance for defects before the container closes
Every NEXA order passes strict on-site laser dimension checks, surface inspections and drop-tested export wooden crating. Full pre-shipment inspection produces detailed photo and video reports issued to the client for approval before shipment.
Raw materials are verified against batch certificates, conditioned to 8-12% moisture content and dry-fit assembled. Machining is held within +/-0.5mm with 100% dry fit verification prior to container stuffing, and components are wrapped in PE foam, protected by rigid corner guards and sealed in fumigated ISPM-15 plywood crates with heavy-duty desiccants.

Inspection FAQ
Can we send a third-party inspector?
Yes - we host SGS, BV and TUV inspectors at the factory at any time, and every gate produces photo and video records you can review remotely.
How long does a full container inspection take?
Typically 2-3 working days for a full container load, including the mockup walk-through and crating check.
What happens if an item fails QC?
The item is reworked or remade before crating. Nothing leaves the workshop without a signed gate record and client approval of the inspection report.
