Bespoke casegoods engineered for contract use
From full-turnkey hospitality FF&E to a single luxury villa, NEXA manufactures guestroom millwork, public area joinery, loose furniture and illuminated vanity packages. Every bespoke casegood is trial-assembled in our Foshan workshop before export packaging.
Raw timber and veneers are conditioned to 8-12% moisture content so joinery does not crack in arid or tropical destinations. Five-axis CNC routing cuts tenons, mortises and hinge drillings with sub-millimetre accuracy, and complete guest room sets are erected in our testing studio for a 100% full mockup inspection with 4K video live streams.
- Blum Tip-On / Clip-Top 110 soft-close hinges and tandem slides, or DTC heavy-duty contract slides (80,000 cycles).
- 18mm E0 CARB-P2 birch plywood or high-moisture-resistant MDF carcasses with FSC / EPA TSCA documentation.
- 304 stainless steel with PVD vacuum electroplated champagne gold or bronze.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity for custom project furniture?
For hospitality and multi-unit residential projects our standard MOQ is typically 10 guestrooms or 1 full 20ft container, mixable with other building materials from our Foshan hub. For bespoke luxury villas we handle single-unit whole-house custom packages.
Can we specify our own designer fabrics or local brand hardware (COM / DOM)?
Yes. We accept Customer's Own Material shipped directly to our Foshan warehouse, or procure specified European brands such as Blum, Hafele, Kvadrat and Maharam through our authorised direct channels in China.
What payment and inspection milestones are standard?
Typically 30% deposit on shop drawing approval to start raw material sourcing; 40% on completion of the white-body frame inspection; 30% final balance after 100% full mockup sign-off and before container stuffing. We support irrevocable Letters of Credit for major contracts.
