From quarry blocks to bookmatched feature walls
NEXA sources natural marble, granite and ultra-compact sintered porcelain slabs, then cuts, finishes and dry-lays them for bookmatch approval. Vein-matched slabs are laid out in the Foshan yard and photographed so the design team can sign off the final composition before crating.
For projects that cannot carry the weight of solid stone, our ultra-lightweight PU stone panels are molded from natural boulders using aerospace-grade high-density polyurethane, delivering hyper-realistic rock texture at just 3.5-4.2 kg/m2 without wet mortar or heavy structural anchors.

Stone & slab FAQ
Can we approve the bookmatch before the slabs are cut?
Yes. Slabs are dry-laid in the Foshan yard and photographed or video-called for your approval; cutting only starts after sign-off.
How heavy is the PU stone option compared with real stone?
PU stone panels weigh 3.5-4.2 kg/m2 - a fraction of solid stone - so they can be fixed to standard walls with direct screws or structural polymer glue, with no wet masonry.
Do you ship large-format slabs safely?
Large formats are crated vertically in fumigated ISPM-15 plywood with PE foam and rigid corner guards, following the ISTA 3A drop and vibration standard.
