Cookie Policy
The exact browser storage NEXA uses, the first-party cookie-less statistics we keep, and how to change or withdraw your consent.
1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how NEXA Global Space Solutions ("NEXA", "we", "us") uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on nexadeco.com, including the pages we serve under language prefixes such as /ar/, /es/ and /ru/. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Our approach in one paragraph
We do not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics. The website uses essential browser storage to remember your language and your consent choice, plus a first-party, cookie-less visit counter that helps us see which pages are useful. Because there are no non-essential scripts to switch off today, rejecting the cookie banner changes nothing about how the site loads — it records your choice so that any future non-essential tool stays disabled for you.

These entries are strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested (language, consent record, staff sign-in), so they are set without consent. They contain no advertising identifiers and are not shared with any advertising network.
4. First-party visit statistics without cookies
Our own counter records the page path, the referring page, the screen size and a device/browser/operating-system label parsed from the user agent. To count unique visits without identifying you, we store a one-way salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address truncated to 16 hexadecimal characters — it cannot be reversed into your address and is not combined with any other identifier. The statistics are aggregated, are not used for advertising, and are deleted after 14 months. If you reject non-essential storage, the banner records that choice and no optional tool is enabled for you.
5. Third-party requests
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) delivers the typography used on every page, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
- WhatsApp (wa.me, operated by Meta) is used only when you click one of our chat links. No WhatsApp code runs on the page before you click.
- Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and availability; those logs are described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not embed social-media pixels, advertising tags or third-party analytics scripts.
6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not sell or share personal information, so opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) do not change what we collect. We honour them anyway: if your browser sends a GPC signal, non-essential storage stays off unless you explicitly accept it in the banner, and the signal is recorded with your choice.
7. How to manage or withdraw your choice
- Change your choice here: reopen the cookie banner and select "Reject non-essential" or "Accept all".
- Clear stored data: in Chrome, Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data → Cookies and other site data; in Safari, Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data; in Firefox, Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data; in Edge, Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data. Clearing site data signs you out of the staff admin area.
- Block storage entirely: all major browsers let you block site data; the website will still render, but your language and consent choices cannot be remembered, so the banner will reappear on each visit.
- Email us: write to danizhi@nexadeco.com with "Cookie choice" in the subject line and we will record your preference for our correspondence with you.
8. Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once a year and whenever we add or remove a tool that stores information on your device. When the version changes, the consent banner asks again before any non-essential storage is used. The date below always identifies the current version.
